Retreat Nostalgia

Tomorrow will be the fourth year anniversary of our Retreat. Each time I look back, I thought we were on the losing end kasi we’ll never get to have one in  Baguio. Turns out to be, I was wrong. Bet we had the best retreat kasi my bonus pang pond and mini-trek nung umaga ng second day (if i remember it right). Funny how we made little mishaps: me breaking the dress code, tapos may nabosohan pa ata, may umutot habang nagbobonfire (kilala ko na siya haha), akala natin may choir eh recorded lang pala, and the list goes on. Ain t it the best when you experience spiritual renewal and self-rediscovery with the people who matter to you most? Okay ang lahat basta hanggat may best batch, masaya. Ok ang mga bagay hanggat “alam kong kasama ka”… O di ba emo?

almost a moth after that Grand Reunion/ Christmas party, couldn’t help but continue to laugh at how ange’s talong came to be the softest. haha

there’s so much to say about the party. Personally, i had fun seeing everybody in all out action in all the games we played. And i enjoyed seeing everybody seated when we started the program. Generally, we were all behaved. haha.

i would love to have more of these reunions and stuff. the batch always makes me feel complete, happy and nonetheless secure.

hope when the others fly in from other countries this year, we could pull off another momentous batch moment. perhaps we will do it again by october or december.

ano ang mga nag-aantay na pangyayari para sa batch 1994-2005 sa taong ito?

ang dami na natin pinagdaan, ngunit andiyan pa rin tayo sa isa’t-isa. what’s keeping our friendship burning all through out the years? hmm, bestbatch what do you think? through ups and down we were together. kahit may nag-aaway, may nag-babati din. tuwing may aalis, may dumadagdag. kapag hindi dumadagdag, bumabalik naman. (oops! sorry, pero wala ako pinapatamaan) pero, let’s all face the truth, we are one. through it all ika nga di ba??

most of us will be grauating this year. no more than a year or two, we will be successful and have our own life. mga tol, hindi ba masaya iyon? lahat ng paghihirap natin may kapalit. mga paghihirap ng mga magulang natin, pwede na natin ibalik sa kanila. sana hindi dumating iyong araw na magkakalimutan tayo. sana hindi dumating iyong araw na maghihiwalay ang bestbatch.

sa mga hindi pa maggraduate this year. huwag mainggit o mawalan ng pag-asa. darating din kayo sa punto ng pagakyat ng stage. malay niyo, mga bestbatch andun sa araw ng iyong pinakahihintay. =D

Batchmates: ano naman masasabi niyo sa nangyari? Bago iyan, bigyan pansin ang mga organizers. “Maraming Thank You sa inyo.” At kay God, who guided us through the years of our friendship.

Sa mga hindi nakadalo ng reunion na ito, naiintindihan namin kayo. =D Kami pa! Kahit wala kayo sa actual na event, feel namin ang presence niyo.. hehehe

Sa mga hindi namin nainvite, we are planning again this coming year 2009. Sana macontact namin lahat ng naging classmates noon para the more the merrier uli.! Hindi naman kami nakalimot sa inyo.

Basta ang masasabi ko, sulit at ang saya ang pangyayari. Biruin niyo, may nagbago rin pala sa atin. hahaha! Alam niyo naman siguro kung sino-sinu ang tinutukoy ko. In fairness, naging successful ang plan. More on us! Keep in touch everyone!

bakit halos walang nagpopost dito sa blog natin? busy na talaga ang mga tao. especially iyong mga malapit ng maggraduate. ang bilis na panahon noh? kung kailan lang tayo nagkakilala at nagsama-sama maya-maya may kanya-kanyang buhay na tayo. 

news naman diyan oh. tuloy na tuloy ang grand get together by december 29, 2008. sana madami ang magpunta. may rason iyong iba kaya ayaw pumunta. pero hindi naman natin mapipilit ang ayaw talaga pumunta. comment lang daw “bakit kasi everytime na magkikita ang batch may kanya-kanyang grupo?” hindi ba dapat as one tayo? sa mga hindi talaga makakapunta, maiintindihan naman ang iyong mga rason.

batch hold on pa rin tayo kahit ano mangyari. magtulungan tayo. huwag natin kalimutan ang isa’t isa. lumipas na ang christmas at tayo ay nagkabatihan ngunit para sa atin, christmas araw-araw! agree or disagree? bahala ka kung ano gusto mo isipin.. =D
